We started PilotPulse because we saw the same pattern everywhere: teams drowning in repetitive WhatsApp messages, manually copying data between systems, spending hours on tasks AI could handle in seconds. The technology existed, but nobody was putting it to work in the messy, multilingual, multi-channel reality of Southeast Asian business operations.
So we built Bifrost, an agentic AI platform designed for the real world. Not a demo. Not a proof of concept. A production system that handles thousands of conversations across WhatsApp, email, and web chat, integrates with the tools businesses already use, and knows when to hand over to a human.
We believe AI should augment human teams, not replace them. That trust is earned through transparency. And that the best technology is the kind people actually use every day.

The team
Tian Yee oversees technology strategy, product architecture, and client delivery at PilotPulse. He's the bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team, translating client pain points into working AI solutions. From building n8n automation prototypes to running live demos for Singtel's SME programme, he ensures every deployment meets real operational needs before it reaches production.
Huy designed and built Bifrost, PilotPulse's production-grade agentic AI platform. He leads the backend engineering team, setting technical direction across 8+ microservices, multi-provider LLM orchestration, and enterprise security. From the 32-step AI pipeline to the custom-trained PII detection models, his architectural decisions power every conversation the platform handles.
Khải owns PilotPulse's infrastructure and frontend ecosystem, multi-cluster Kubernetes on DigitalOcean, GitOps with ArgoCD, the Bifrost Report service, and the next-generation dashboard. He built the DevOps documentation portal, manages CI/CD pipelines, and handles everything from TLS certificates to bundle optimisation. Founded Vietnam's largest automation community over a decade ago.
Châu owns PilotPulse's high-performance Go microservices (Bifrost Internal) and several key client implementations including Skinscape Clinic and Superworld's SAP integration. She handles production deployments, Guardian real-time monitoring, and the WhatsApp Business API service. Known for methodical execution, she tests staging, migrates to production, and verifies delivery, every time.
Dũng built PilotPulse's CoreAI chat completion engine and owns several flagship client projects, Pick Network's Paxley agent, Call Lade's recruitment screening, and CES's JobAdder integration. He designed the Report AI service end-to-end, from conversation analysis to automated XLSX generation. Handles model migrations, Guardian alerting, and weekly client meetings with calm precision.
Duy is PilotPulse's most prolific client-project contributor, simultaneously handling Henderson Security, Skylink, Convergent (Nintendo), Lighting Solutions, FindClinic, and Eminent Star. He manages WhatsApp template compliance, agentic AI flow testing, and web scraping integrations. Over 400 development hours logged across his portfolio, with zero missed deadlines.
Ly is the sole frontend engineer powering PilotPulse's entire dashboard ecosystem, React admin panel, next-gen dashboard, webchat widgets, and client-specific UIs. From mobile-responsive fixes on iPhone Safari to Smart BI chart rendering, she handles bug reports, feature integrations, and UI polish across 27+ pages. Clean code, structured standups, zero drama.
