PilotPulse provides an agentic AI platform and associated agents that handle customer-facing conversations and workflows on behalf of business customers.
Customer data
Customer remains the controller; PilotPulse acts as processor. Details at /trust.
Acceptable use
No prohibited content (per applicable Singapore law). Customer is responsible for the lawful basis of all messaging it sends through the platform (including PDPA consent for outbound).
Service levels
Public uptime status at uptime.pilotpulse.ai. Formal SLAs available on enterprise contracts.
