PilotPulse Pte Ltd (“PilotPulse,” “we,” “us”) processes personal data on behalf of business customers who use the Bifrost platform and connected products to operate their own customer-facing conversations.
Data we collect
On behalf of customers we process: end-user identifiers (phone, name, email), conversation content, message metadata (timestamps, channel, delivery status), and attachments. We collect operational telemetry (logs, metrics, traces) to keep the platform running.
How we use it
Strictly to deliver the service. We do not train AI models on customer data. We do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising.
